LEVEL 2 - PROSPECTIVE MANAGER How to become a Prospective Manager Qualification Criteria Values, Behaviours and Role Role Recruits Sales Retention Training • Act in line and behave in accordance with Botle Buhle Brands vision, purpose and values (BBB way) • Fulfil the role of a Consultant as defined by the Role of Consultant document for a minimum of 6 months from joining • All qualifying Consultants must be your own recruits • The Potential Prospective Manager must have a minimum of 10 active Consultants for 3 consecutive months • Personal fully paid sales of P4 000 for 3 consecutive months • Each of the 10 Consultants must achieve a minimum of P2 000 fully paid sales per month, total of P20 000 • Total Home Team sales must be a minimum of P28 000 fully paid for 3 consecutive months. • The difference of P4 000 will be made from the Social Discount, Needs & Supplementary Consultants • A minimum of at least 5 Qualifying Consultants must be the same in each of the 3 consecutive months • He/she must attend Prospective Manager training at his/her Distributor/ Manager (role of Prospective Manager: Assist and Learn) Stock Approval • Potential Prospective Manager must have a safe space to store stock • The Distributor and Mother Manager must approve the qualification to start the Prospective Manager journey Earn Sales of P28 000 Discount Band 30% Earnings of 3% Grow Prospective Manager Preparation Period The new Prospective Manager must be in the role as a Prospective Manager for a minimum of 3 months before starting to work towards becoming a Manager.
